• $500 base + $0.20 per sq feet (minimum $700)

• Example: 2,000 sq ft = $500 + $400 = $900

Fee:

• $900 base + $0.10 per square feet (minimum $1,200)

  • Example: 12,500 square ft = $900 + $1,250 = $2,150

• 6+ homes/month or builder portfolios: please contact for custom volume pricing

• Standby/delay during appointment: $75/hour after a 15-minute grace period

• Weather/airspace holds: no fee; we’ll rebook the next available slot

• Client reschedule within 24 hours: $150

• Same-day cancellation upon arrival (non-weather): $250 or actual standby time, whichever is greater

• Scheduling: best outside open houses or with a clear flight window
